Experiences + Design Solutions*
Over the past 9 years I’ve been working on User Experience Solutions and product design. My product skillset includes end to end strategies, client workshops, concept design, re-designs, and go-to market product launches. I’ve enjoyed working in various industries such as financial payment providers, museums, and magazines. Here are some highlights of projects I’ve worked on throughout my career.
*This page is a work in progress, as I continue to move over my portfolio to squarespace.*
Leading Visa’s Government Solution Experience narrative + innovation.
Currently, I’m working as lead designer for Visa Innovation’s Digital Identity Squad. During my time at Visa, I’ve established and led Visa’s Government Solutions (VGS) Digital Experience Offering, built VGS’s UX Design System, and led & co-created experiences for client workshops.
In 2019, I democratized the UX Design Process at Fidelity Investments.
I lead the redesign of Fidelity’s end to end Bill Pay experience. I also worked as a Senior Designer on a full stack go to market team and tested my skills at an internal hackathon geared towards customer engagement.
I lived with the MFA brand for 4 years understanding UX, Interactive Exhibition Design at Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.
I put my skills and lean problem solving techniques to create multi-channel experiences and developed the museum’s digital brand and ticketing services. I also used UXD as creative tool to advocate for the LGBTQIA Community in the, often traditional, museum space.
During my time at SVA I worked on rethinking the Digital magazine experience.
A digitally published re-interpretation of Maria Papaova's Brain Pickings Blog. Created in Carin Goldberg's Digital Publishing class with lots of guidance from Carin, Leslie Steiger, & Will O'Conner. I've been a fan of Brain Pickings for quite some time, it's a great aggregator of interesting and relevant content and a perfect fit for a Digital App/Mag.
I created a "Snowfall" website created around the hype of the Polar Vortex. “Dear Polar Vortex,” is a response to Global Warming trends within the media. During the Polar Vortex Americans were dealing with the constant barrage of snow in strange ways.
I collaborated with Sean Monahan to create the content, which is a satirical letter from New York City to the Polar Vortex, and commissioned Peter Arkle to add some fun illustrations.
I used ReadyMag to create the layout for both desktop and mobile.
